RETURNS AND REFUNDS
At Kahkees, we want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, we will happily give you a refund. We understand that there may be instances where you need to return or exchange an item. Please read our Returns and Refunds Policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities. This Returns and Refunds Policy is provided in compliance with the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA) of South Africa. We value our customers and aim to provide a fair and transparent process for returns and refunds.
RETURNS
You have the right to return goods within seven (7) days from the date you received them if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The goods must be in their original condition and packaging that you received it.
- The goods must be unused and free from damage.
- The goods must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase.
SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, please contact our customer support team. We will assist you in confirming the availability of the desired item and provide return and exchange instructions. You can contact us at info@kahkees.co.za.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund if all conditions are met. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You can expect to see the credit within a certain number of days, as per your financial institution’s policies.
CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact our customer support team at info@kahkees.co.za as soon as possible. We will issue a full refund for the cancelled order. If your order has been shipped, it will be treated as a return.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs for the return of an item will be your responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if we arrange the collection for return.
CHANGES TO THE POLICY
We reserve the right to update or make changes to our Returns and Refunds Policy. Any updates or changes will be posted on our website.
