ORDER PROCESSING TIME

 Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the date of order placement, subject to stock availability. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

SHIPPING METHODS AND TIMEFRAMES

 We offer the following shipping methods with the Courier Guy with estimated delivery times as follows:

 Standard Shipping: 2-4 business days from date of shipment.

Express Shipping: 1-2 business days from date of shipment but generally is overnight excluding outer lying areas.

 Shipping rates are calculated at a base rate of R100. Shipping costs are shown during the checkout process before payment.

 Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, striking, or other factors beyond our control.

ORDER TRACKING

 Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

 For international orders, additional duties, taxes, and customs fees may be applicable according to your country’s import regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. SHIPPING ISSUES AND LOST PACKAGES

 If you encounter any issues with your shipment, such as delays or lost packages, please contact our customer support team at info@kahkees.co.za. We will work to resolve the issue and assist you in tracking or replacing your order.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders with incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses. If you need to make a correction to your shipping address, please contact our customer support team immediately.
